How can we help?
Common questions
How do I screenshot my subscriptions?
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and take a screenshot (side button + volume up). Scroll and take more if the list is long. In Restitute, tap Add next to App Store subscriptions and pick the screenshots.
Can I use bank or card statements?
Yes. Screenshot the transactions in your bank or card app, then add them under Bank & card statements. Restitute recognises popular subscription services on statements and spots the same amount charged twice by the same service.
Restitute didn't find something. Why?
On statements, Restitute recognises popular subscription services by name, so smaller or local merchants won't show up yet. It can also only read what's in the screenshots, and text recognition can miss small or blurry text: try a sharper screenshot that includes the name, the price and the renewal date.
How do I cancel a subscription?
For App Store subscriptions, open the item in Restitute (Pro) to go straight to Apple's Subscriptions page, or open Settings › your name › Subscriptions. For services billed to your card, cancel in your account with that company. Restitute never cancels anything for you.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Open the Pro screen in Restitute and tap Restore. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.
Does Pro cover my family?
Annual and Lifetime work with Family Sharing, so up to five family members can use Pro on their own iPhones. Monthly is for one person.
How do I get a refund for Restitute Pro?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Everything Restitute saves is on your iPhone. Delete the app to remove it. Restitute keeps no copy anywhere; your own iPhone backups may hold older copies until they're replaced.
